Queen’s Birthday Garden Reception

Because the Bounty Day celebrations on Norfolk Island were held on the 9th June this year, the Queen’s Birthday function at Government House was held over for a week. But it did happen Monday last. This is an important event for those who live on Norfolk Island.

Several hundred guests attended a Garden Reception at Government House as guests of the Administrator, the Hon. Neil Pope and his wife Jen Pope.

The event was significant for several reasons.

Kristy and Leith Hosking

My name us Kristy. I am 22 years of age, my husband is 23.

I am qualified in health and fitness but also have call centre and administration experience working for the New Zealand Government. This is my current job.

My husband is an engineer, working currently as a CNC wire operator, he has experience in welding and lathe operation.

We are looking to shift to Norfolk to gave a quiet life with our newly born daughter, any further information would be greatly appreciated!
